Credit card payment issue Payment via CRED App

Hi,
I paid a CITI credit card bill through cred app on 5th October, 2019 for an amount of ₹18472. I am able to see now that the transaction failed and the due date is already gone. Please help me as i have already done the payment and i haven’t got any refund also in my account . It is four days i have done transaction.

I have paid using net banking and order id is JK8NYVNWJM. Please do check as the due date is already passed and i have to pay fine if it not resolved within a day. Please let me know as soon as possible what can be done for this .
