This is to bring to your notice the fraud Jio mart company is doing. I had placed an order on July 10, 2020 under prepaid payment mode-INR.1794/-. The order is not yet delivered but the status on the Jiomart website and bot WhatsApp order status say “Delivered” on July 13, 2020.
I have repeatedly placed my complaint on call center no since July 13,14,2020..but except acknowledgment there is no resolution.
Where is my order? How can you show delivered status when the order is not delivered??? The refund is not initiated, order is not delivered..what are you guys doing???
