I was watching programs smoothly till yesterday. Today, I get a message at the opening screen “Ad Blocker Detected’ and it is stuck there. I do not want to disable Ad Block, but when I click at ‘No thanks!’, it is not getting registered. When one gets some free time to watch the OTT, such disruptions are really annoying. I have never experienced such problems with Netflix or Amazon Prime. Please resolve it most urgently.

You need to check the Addon – If you have installed/ activated Ad Blocker Extension. (Firefox, Chrome Browser).
Please install the AdBlocker Software/ Extension.
You will not get any issue or error.

Absurd. The complaint is not sresolved as the status mentioned. I do not have this issue with Amazon Prime and Netflix

I have been a subscriber of Netflix and Amazon Prime for more than two years and was getting very good service from them. To my foolishness, I paid a one year subscription at SonyLiv a fortnight back and I regret the decision ever since. The Customer Support is a farce. I can only view the programmes on my mobile phone only. With the same configuration I am watching Netflix and Prime, the message says AdBlock on. Whatever I do, I am not able to watch any programme. The cancellation will depend on the mode of payment. Subscriptions made using Credit Card, Debit Card, In-app billing, Wallets and UPI can be cancelled from ‘My Purchases’. Payment made by Credit Card or Paytm: Go to ‘My Purchases’ Section on SonyLIV and click ‘Cancel’ to unsubscribe. Payment made by Google Playstore: Go to your Play Store Account. Select Subscriptions.
