As you are getting error message “Viewing on other devices”. Please follow steps:
1. Change the password
2. Check the device yout account is active >> Under the Device sections.
2. Now, Close/ Unlin all the devices (apart from your phone)
3. Change the password.
4. Login again. You will not get the error. Message. I would recomment you to check email-id linked to the SonyLiv App.

Please update the sonyLIV App. If you already had, then follow the steps:
1. Logout from your account >> Stop the App >> Clear the cache >> Login Again (If this dont work) – Go to Step 2.
2. Delete the App >> Restart your device >> Install App again >> Login. (you will get benefits of Subscription.)
