Sony Liv App Not Working

I had purchased sony liv+ subscription, however, every time I try to watch live tv, it says “Sorry, you have reached the limit of concurrent premium content that can be watched on this account. Please close other videos and try again or upgrade your plan”

Even after paying the amount, i am not able to watch shows what’s the benefit then.
Kindly resolve this issue asap
