My subscription plan is not activated on Sony Liv app

I paid amount of Rs. 999/- for premium plan for Sony Liv app, for I want play KBC with this app, and I paid amount on the date of 30.09.2020, but till today my subscription plan not activated, If any thing wrongly entered by me so please correct them and activate my subscription plan, as early as possible I want to play daily KBC Program, when I ready for to play of KBC game show it asking the again select the plan and paid the amount, I paid the amount of Rs. 999/- Google pay on the Dt. 30.09.2020 so please activated or change the wrongly, activated by me, I did not want the sarkarimama .com, so please correct the whatever mention by me.
