Incorrect and damage item delivered

This is regarding order no# 16016122289102067A.

2 items delivered in damaged condition.
Tide detergent powder 4 KG was found damaged and it was fixed with brown tape temporally.
Tur dal 2 kg pkt is also found damage and fixed with sellotape temporally
> one product is delivered differently and it is not the same as which i had ordered.

The issue was reported by me on 4th Oct 2020 and nothing has been done and no resolution given till date by Jiomart even  i have written multiple times and 2 tickets raised in my case

1st Ticket  opened – 6017804524 on 4th Oct 2020
2nd Ticket opened – 6020055132 on 6th Oct 2020

I request you not to create new tickets for the same order. As you are facing issues with the last order at JioMart (Incorrect and damaged item delivered).
You need to wait for a reply from Customer Service.
