Jio Mart Order Marked Returned without intimation

Hello JioMart team,
I booked the product on Dtd. 19/07/20, but I didn’t receive the product today, in afternoon tym I received the msg that the product has been dispatch from your side also I received the delivery OTP, but after sometime around 4 pm I received the call from your delivery executive name Mr. Prakash contact no. 9987045661, told  “he is unable to deliver the product today in my area” I raised the complaint for the same to customer care. that after product shipment and after receiving the delivery OTP how the product cannot get delivered by today…my complaint no. is 0022739032 .. but now around 8.15 pm when we saw in JioMart app , my product was marked “Returned” which is fraud mark..I haven’t returned the product, I was waiting for the delivery...I need my product..if the product was not getting delivered by today due to any reason it was supposed to get delivered by tomorrow or it was suppose to inform us properly.

How the product can get marked “Returned”  without my concern, how you people can cheat to customer.

Kindly look into the matter by today itself and deliver my product by tomorrow else I will escalate this issue to higher authorities
