Order ID 15978543759171514W placed on 15.08. 20. every i used to check the status it was showing as under process. Yesterday it was showing as delivered on 17.08.20 in the order section and in the delivery section, it was showing as delivered on 21.08. 20. On follow up for non-receipt WhatsApp no. is a prototype only item 1, 2, 3 menu appears. Customer care no you have to keep on trying they will keep you on hold for an unlimited period of time no response.
This is very very bad to harras public we have paid amount now we have neither received goods nor money we have to to be behind them for return of the same
