I applied for deferment and refund of my personal term loan accounts on 04/04/2020 through my home branch— ADB, Berhampore(Branch code—3914 , IFSC —SBIN0003914 ) .My loan account numbers are—1)38891136116 and 2)37968496470.I used two forms for these two loan accounts. But till today I have not received any refund of my EMIs already deducted. Though it was told earlier by SBI that it would take about 7 working dates.I have not received any refund after 10 working days.
