Order is not delivered, yet it is showing delivered in app and no response after raising several complain

Dear Team,
I have placed a prepaid order in Jiomart on 30th July 2020 and the order is still NOT DELIVERED.

But in your app, it is showing delivered.
Your customer care is unable to provide me a solution. Actually no one has any solution.

Two of my complaint number is:

Both of them are still open.
I have raised tickets and call but no luck. Now please tell me what I should do.
I believe that JIO, is a reputed company. It is a company that you can trust. But now I am getting frustrated and HELPLESS.
Please help.
