RBL Bank credit card Payment Failed but another Order Successful

I have RBL credit card payment amount 4577.86 done but after then SMS provides for a detailed Payment attempt of INR 4,577.86 for RBL Bank credit card 5243-73XX-XXXX-6332 on 11-Nov-2020 (order id 74N5YD9P1M) failed.
In rare cases, if any amount is debited, it will be refunded by your bank within 5 working days. Note that another order (order id 74N5YDZ42M) of the same amount INR 4,577.86 for the same card has been successfully processed sometime back. why ????
