Dear Team, An order of mosambi and oranges was placed on 20th of September 2020 and same was received on 22nd September. The quality of oranges and mosambi was pathetic the house was smelling of full rotten oranges and mausambi
Request for refund was placed on the same day. No customer service person is in the capacity to answer to any queries placed
Calls have been put on hold for an hr or so Multiple calling has been done for the same
Follow-ups have been taken every day still no resolution done from your end.
I feel cheated and feel that I should never ever order again from Jiomart. Requesting to check the matter on priority
