refund not received till date

I had placed an order on jio mart on 8th august and it was a prepaid order no 15968989699079462M .  I received the order on 11 August where two items were missing. however, despite multiple emails, i have not received a refund. Also, I have not received any resolution till date in spite writing to CS head that is level 2 escalation i always get a service request no: 0023515433 , 0023483020, 0023348981 and many more the call center is automated the whats app is useless what pathetic customer service

kindly help in look into the matter and help in refunding the amount
