15947076079017073W- Status Showing as Delivered – But its Not Delivered to me

Dear Team,
After going through so many complaint , i have made my mind , will never ever again order anything from Jiomart – Not will recommend anyone to order .
I had placed order of about Rs.8443/-( prepaid) on 14-Jul 2020 but it was not delivered it 19-Jul 2020. To my surprise when i saw the status on app , it showed me my order was delivered on 16-Jul 2020. TO WHOM MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED ????… HOW THE ORDER WAS HANDED OVER TO SOMEONE WITHOUT OTP??????

I had mailed the so-called cc-email ID on 19-Jul 2020- NO RESPONSE

I called up and logged complaint CC number on 20-Jul 2020 Complaint no “0022740708” , they assured me within 24 hrs my issue will be resolved-  NO RESPONSE

on 23-Jul 2020 ie Today i called up again the CC number asking for Status -the lady was blank, she assured me that she will tell her seniors to call me within 2 to 3 hrs  –NO RESPONSE

I think its not Jiomart, Its “FRAUDMART ” -who are just fooling the customers and taking their hard-earned money.

JIOMART I NEED MY MONEY BACK
