Wrong Delivery Status – JIO Mart

This is regarding delivery of my order 15944690789035093M booked thru Jio Mart app on 11th July. As per current status order was showing delivered on 15th July 2020 but  I have not yet received this order till 29th July.  I have mailed customer care & asked them on twitter but no action has been done. It was prepaid order thru Sodexo card & all my money gone

Really name of JIOMart must be changed into Chormart.
