COVID-19 Daikin AC Customer Care – Home Service April 2020: Good news, Daikin has also extended product warranty till 31 May 2020 due to Coronavirus Lockdown. Due to the Lockdown, Company is not able to give On-Site/ Home Service or Nearby Authorized Servier Center.

On 20th April 2020 onwards, Self-Employed Technician and Home Service request shall be accepted as per the GOI Ministry of Home Affairs. Till then, Home Service or Customer Care support is not possible. But you can get the CALL/ Phone Support by calling Daikin Toll-free Customer Care for Asking General Question/ Repair/ Register Complaint etc.

World is under the attack of Corona Virus and it is spreading very fast. To stop spreading, Govt. of India has asked people to stay at home. A complete lockdown is announced till 3 May 2020. So, Home Service Request is not available. But on 20th April 2020, Some Area will get permission for Home Service which are in GREEN ZONE AREA (no positive COVID-19 cases).
