Higher interest showing on timely paid. Last 23 days every day call & mail rupeek customer care.

I has paid the interest 30/3/22 4.21 pm in upi but my amount is not refound
after payment loan amout incresed to suddenly 8000 extra…why? I need salution…even still am not received statement from your side.
I spoken to customer care team multiple time I was not well and I will renew the gold loan end of the month after that my gold went to the auction and My gold loan is not visible in my account than only I will Pay renewal amount. I want my gold back and active my account.

i had two loans in rupeek, on 06/11/2021 i paid my all the emi and princ amount penal charges and renewal amount also,telephoned and booked my slot for renewal after that no information till the day… several times i gave complaint but no use… without any notice , and after my payment , what happened.no information, within 2 days i want reply

I booked slaut for partial Delivery my ornaments they when I book slaut i told them i am not available 11:30 because I am on duty then I request them to deliver items to my wife they told me ok and said aadhar and pan Xerox copy and letter with Authorize signature give it them i will hand over.
