With the help of FASTag, Payment of Toll at Toll Plaza is automatically deducted from Wallet/ Account. Airtel Payments Bank is offering FASTag for Vehicle Class (VC 4, 5, 6, 7, 12, 15 and 16). To day I have received a message form AIRBANK stating that a sum of Rs.80/- is deducted at Pantangi Toll plaza,Hyderabad Vijayawada Highway, Telangana State with Txn ID: FT2030514721744651. My vehicle has not traveled through this toll gate at all for the last so many days. I want to raise a complaint. But unable to do it due to cumbersome procedure.
