To avail the Moratorium and STOP Loan EMI, you need to follow the below steps:

1. Go to the online website (Direct Link is given below)
2. Enter your Mobile Number, You will get the OTP (One Time Password) to authenticate your phone number, (In case you don’t receive OTP – Please contact the customer care at Bajaj Finserv).
3. Go to the “raise a request” section.
4. Select “COVID-19 Moratorium Policy” option
5. Select your loan details and read the Terms & Conditions carefully
6. If you agree with the Terms & Conditions, submit the request
