Eligibility for BFUHS PPMET 2020
Minimum Education Qualification Required
The candidate must has passed 10+2 (HSC) Senior Secondary Board Exam (with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in case of general Category and 40% in respect of candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes) the last 2 years of study must comprise of Physics, Chemistry, Biology with English as compulsory subject.
(a) The higher secondary examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 Higher Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years study, the last two years of study comprising of Physics, Chemistry and Biology after the introduction of the 10+2+3 years education structure as recommended by the National Committee on Education;
OR
(b) The intermediate examination in Science of an Indian University/Board or other recognized examining body with Physics, Chemistry and Biology which shall include a practical test in these subjects and also English as a compulsory subject;
OR
(c) The Pre-professional/pre-medical examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, after passing either the higher secondary school examination or the pre-university or an equivalent examination. The pre-professional/premedical examination shall include a practical test in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and English as compulsory subject;
OR
(d) The first year of the three-year degree course of a recognized university with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology including a practical test in these subjects provided the examination is a “University Examination” and candidate has passed 10+2 with English at a level not less than a core course;
OR
(e) B.Sc examination of an Indian University, provided that he/she has passed the B.Sc. examination with not less than two of the following subjects-Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany, Zoology) and further that he/she has passed the earlier qualifying examination with the following subjects- Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and English;
OR
(f) Any other examination which, in scope and standard is found to be equivalent to the intermediate Science examination of an Indian University/Board, taking Physics, Chemistry, and Biology including a practical test in each of these subjects and English;
(ii) The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination as listed under 4 (A) (i) (a) to
(f) before counseling.
Result not declared: A candidate who has appeared for qualifying examination in the annual batch, but whose result has not been declared may be provisionally permitted to appear in PPMET 2008 onwards. The candidate will be required to produce the evidence of the result having been declared and he/she having passed the examination fulfilling the eligibility conditions by the time of first counseling.
Age Limit for B.Sc Nursing 2020 Admission

PPMET-2020 Pattern
Download latest scheme of B.Sc Entrance Test 2020 in Punjab BFUHS University. The PPMET-2020 Pattern is given below. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers. However, for security reasons fifth oval (i.e. E) has been introduced. In all un-attempted questions fifth oval must be darkened otherwise if all ovals are left blank then that question shall carry one negative mark.
The Test shall have one paper consisting of questions in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology). There question paper of B.Sc Nursing Entrance Test carries 200 Multiple Choice Questions (50 each of Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology). Each question will carry four marks, thus total marks will be 800. The duration of test will be three hours from 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. The questions will be in English. The candidate will be required to find out the correct answer and mark it on the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) Response Sheet by darkening the corresponding oval against the serial number of the question with BLACK FINE TIP BALL PEN ONLY provided by the university at the time of test. B.Sc Entrance Test 2020 ADMIT CARD DOWNLOAD
The applicant filled online PPMET-2020 for B.Sc Entrance Test can download their Permission Letter in order to appear for Entrance Examination. The admit card contains information ie. Exam Center/ Name of Applicant/ Signature/ Photo/ Duration & date of entrance test.The University will provide the facility of downloading Admit Cards of PPMET-2020 along with a certificate which would be dully signed and attested from either Principal of last attended School/Executive Magistrate. The candidates must show, on demand, the Admit Card for entry in the examination hall. A candidate who does not bring the Admit Card issued by the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, will not be admitted to the examination hall under any circumstances by the Centre Superintendent. All candidates and invigilators shall be video graphed at the examination centers
Application Fees & Online PPMET-2020 Forms
The candidate has to pay application fees of PPMET-2020 is given under:

- For SC Candidate only: Rs. 2250/-INR.
In any branch of the Oriental Bank of Commerce throughout India by using Bank challan form which is generated after applying online through University website i.e. www.bfuhs.ac.in by due date and time. Fee once deposited in the University account will not be refunded/adjusted.
Rechecking of PPMET 2020 OMR Response Sheet
There is facility to recheck the B.Sc Nursing Entrance Test 2020 OMR response sheet, if demanded by the candidate/guardian of the candidate. In this regard, application will be submitted on plain paper, to the University within 7 days after declaration of result. Rechecking fee is Rs. 5000/- to be paid in the form of Demand Draft favouring Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, payable at Faridkot. The result of PPMET shall be published by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot on its website. The details of website will be published in the prospectus. Individual results will also be mailed to the candidates. The result will be prepared rank wise, category wise and roll number wise in the gazette and on website.
