State: Haryana	My Order # 15975825419248562M dated 16.08.2020 has not delivered as on 20.08.2020 but your website is showing it delivered on 20.08.2020. There is some serious problem with your delivery system. You need to take stock of that otherwise JIOMART will fail. ASK YOUR DELIVERY PERSON THE DELIVERY OTP FOR Order # 15975825419248562M. My first Order # 15936739059013622M dated 02.07.2020 was also not delivered and no refund has been made so far despite several reminders. I WILL NOT PLACE ANY ORDER WITH JIOMART TILL REFUND IS NOT MADE TO ME FOR THESE TWO UNDELIVERED ORDERS. JIOMART IS IN SLEEP MODE, NOT ANSWERING THE PROBLEMS FACED BY THE CUSTOMER.
