On 9th February 2019, Justice (Retd.) R.M. Lodha Committee and Hon’ble Supreme Court has decided to sell the properties of PACL to recover money of PACL Investors. Good News that SEBI has extended dates to submit/ register or upload PACL Agreement Bond and Registration. Now, the investor can claim/ submit PACL registration form till 31 July 2019. You have to visit the official website sebiaclrefund.co.in.
Online Claim Form – SEBI PACL refund
To get the PACL Refund, the investor has to complete online claim application till 31 July 2019 (Extended Dates) The grade period 3 months has been grated to the investor to submit online SEBI PACL REFUND Form.
In the online PACL Claim Refund application, following documents are required.
- PACL Bond/ Agreement (Orginal)
- PACL Payment proof (All Receipts) i.e. If you were MIS/ Half-yearly/ Quaterly/ Yearly payment. Then also, you have to upload the receipts.
- PAN Card Copy
- Cancelled Cheque or Passbook Front Page or Banker’s certificate.
- Mobile number for the OTP Verification.

Status of PACL Refund/ Claim Amount
According the the decision by Supreme Court, the investors will be getting only the principal amount (the amount you have deposited to PACL). At present there is no notification that can give your PACL Bond Maturity Value/ Plot etc.
I.E. If you have deposited Rs 50,000 in FD for 7 years and expected value of plot/ bond is 1,14,000 then also you will get only Rs 50,000 (as it is your invested amount).
In case you were invested in monthly/ quaterly/ half yearly or yearly than you will get total paid amount as per your online claim application. Because you have to upload payment receipts (all).
After registration on SEBI PACL Refund portal, you have to follow all instruction given. Upload documents and verify the mobile number OTP.
The refund will not start before 30th April 2019.
As per the news, the investor will get first payment in JUNE 2019.
